Self-service transfer machines

In order to provide you with an even better service, KLM has - in cooperation with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol - introduced self-service transfer machines.

If you have to transfer at Schiphol but miss your connecting flight, you can print a boarding pass for yourself by using one of the user-friendly self-service transfer machines.KLM is a pioneer in Europe with the introduction of these self-service transfer machines and the first airline company in the world to offer this service for intercontinental flights.

Replacement of the current transfer desks by transfer kiosks & transfer centres.

The kiosks will provide all services currently delivered by the transfer desks and provide speed & efficiency.

The kiosks are supported by the transfer centres, which also enables us to give a personal service, comfort and care, to our premium passengers.

The first 12 kiosks are placed at the E-pier. The kiosk clusters on the F-pier will be delivered half April and the clusters on the lower D-pier will be delivered first week of May. In June the roll-out of kiosks on the other piers will be finished and a start will be made building the Transfer Centres.
